Pls put hot water instead of cold water in the hot tub,we suggest water capacity not more than 200 US gallon,in addition,you need an insulation cover to maintain the temperature,or it will take long time even will not be able to catch up.

Wrong installation direction will not work,pls ensure that the water flow is in the same direction as the arrow direction on the heater,we suggest need authorize person to install the heater.
