There will be on a green light on the flip lid when plugging into the generator cord and powering on the generator. By the green light, we can know it is working, which provides optimum performance and added safety. It is updated and safer than other style 80SS2-GYBX, PB50 etc. The inlet box is constructed of steel with rugged, anti-corrosive powder-coat paint and has a flip lid with green light to prevent moisture from entering the connector inlet when not in use.
